Tip of the Week #18: Valentine Balloons at the Dollar Stores

Many of them have a sign-up sheet and schedule a day when they will inflate the balloons with helium free with balloon purchase. This is a great idea for Valentine’s Day, so be sure to check with your local dollar store.
