  • ▪ Semi-annual clearance sale!

    January 24th, 2006 by markdownmom

ShopNBC. ShopNBC is having its semi-annual clearance sale. Unlike the previous year clearance items do not have a huge reduction from the original price; however, the savvy buyer might discover a few buys. The biggest deals are found in the first page (prices low-high) of the apparel clearance. Winter markdown items include nine west long self colored buckle gloves, reg. 11.99 sale $4.99, and racer gloves, reg. $34.99 sale $4.99. Also be sure to check “that’s a stretch scarf” for $4.99, an 89% markdown from its original price of $45.00. Other apparel items to view include the Pamela McCoy collection. MDM loves the PM’s collection 3/4 Sleeve V-Neck Animal Print Knit Top for $19.99, which is a 67% reduction. Happy hunting! Overstock. Overstock has a bedding blowout sale with savings upwards of 80%. Bedding items include comforters, down comforters, duvet covers, bedspreads, quilts, and handmade pillows. The greatest savings in handmade pillows is the hand-woven silk and cotton pillow from Thailand priced at $19.99, which makes for a 63% markdown. Be sure to click on Worldstock, which features items from countries outside of the U.S.. MDM especially likes Worldstock jewelry that advertises markdowns of 30-75%.
