Today commemorates the annual awareness for women and heart disease. The Go Red With Campbell’s® campaign couples Campbell’s soup and other products with the American Heart Association to point out that heart disease is the #1 killer of women in the United States. For every click on their site, Campbell’s will donate $1 towards this campaign. Plus by going to the site, you will find a wealth of information on heart healthy products and a contest from Campbell’s/Woman’s World Giveaway–ends April 15, 2008.

We all know as parents that Valentine’s Day is a favorite among our school children. When you have your child exchange valentines in school make sure that they include all their classmates, not just their friends. And to make this Valentine’s Day extra special, consider buying your child’s valentines from Save The Children. In the United States 2.6 million children live in poverty, by making a donation to this organization you will be directing funds to assist in programs that provide care for those children. Download the valentine cards or send an email to your loved ones with a donation. MarkdownMom did.
