My wife Eberly deserves a nice break. We have moved here from Oregon, leaving our family back in Oregon to take care of her Father that has Altzheimers and it has taken it’s tow on my wife. She is responsible for him in every way without any assistance from the other sibling. I am disabled and wear a morphine pump due to my condition, my wife is a wonderful caring person, that I would love to see pampered. She just gives, gives, and does not complain, but it has put 10 years on her. Please choose her for your contest.

Last February my wife Susan had a hip replacement surgery. The next day a visting dog jumped on her surgery leg and broke her Femur bone, Causing a second surgery. would I love to see her smile again. Because we sure can use a new kitchen. I want to enter the room a day giveaway but can’t log in How do I enter?
I’ve been entering the contest. I really hope that I will be chosen. We have lived in our home for 26 years and over the past 12 years have been remodeling a room at a time. The only room not done is my living room/ dining room. It just keeps getting put on the back burner. Two and a half years ago, I lost my job due to a corperate buy out. Shortly after that we had to start making some modifications to our home for my mother (now 86) to move in with us and for me to be her caregiver. This meant that I would not be returning to the work place. It was our hope that we had scraped together enough money that we were finally going to update this outdated, ugly, and overused room.Then last April, my husband was in a very serious auto accident. He didn’t work for 3 months and is still recovering and we expect another surgery for him this spring. I have no idea when my living room will ever be brought up to fitting into this modern world. Life just keeps happening and I do my best to deal with the trials that come my way, but it would sure be nice to have a relaxing living room to go to for refuge.

Dear Cheryl; I will hopefully answer your problem about the contest and have it apply to all. This is the second year of this giveaway. There are two posts on it, one is last year’s, 2007, and is kept in our archives, and then there is the most recent on Sunday, January 13th. Google’s search engine is not up-to-date and probably is having you go to last year’s giveaway. The search engine does lag behind the posts. Go to the January 13, 2008 post. Click on the graphics or the name. I just tried it and was logged on. If you have problems once you get there it may be that the contest site cannot handle the number of entries, however, we cannot do anything at this end–my suggestion then would be to try later. I have tried several times to enter the room a day give away,as have several other people who cant get to the sight. I think if your going to offer a contest then you should make sure everyone is able to enter and update your site. I think this is very unfair to everyonr who cant get through.

I have tried for the last few days to register for the contest,Im getting very upset with this,I have tried everything you have suggester but still cant not reach the site.How can you possibly run such a huge contest and not be up to date with your serverThe people who cant reach the site are at a disadvantage and can not enter everyday like the ones who have mamaged to get to the registration site. How can you possibly call this a fair contest? What are you doing to fix the problem? Others have had the same problem with Google™. Please be advised that Google is having you go to last year’s post on this contest, rather than updating their search engine in a timely manner. Their published date for that post is January, 2007. The post that you want from our site is January 13, 2008. We have no control over google and what google puts on its search list. As you know google is the number one search engine and is an entity onto itself. We have no say over google’s listings or updates and in fact often find that google lists its largest accounts, making it difficult for others to compete. Again, We are sorry for this.
